Allow Your Kids To Get Dirty With Art
It’s a beautiful day and you don’t want your kids to go doing another prankdial that can be annoying. You want them to do something different. In this post, you can take them away from the phone and let them get dirty with simple art activities.
There’s a peculiar satisfaction in getting dirty, without worries of staying clean. There’s something about moving around that seems pleasant. In fact, allowing your kids to get dirty sometimes is a lot of fun and it’s a great way to enhance their art skills too like painting, drawing, pottery, and even mud art.
Here are a few great ideas that you can allow your children to get dirty with art
Dirt Art and Garden Activities for your Kids
Here is how to be creative with soil. So when you are out in the open, you can always get a few soils, sticks, and leaves and make your child’s imagination go wild.
Let your kids play with clay
Kids love clay but some parents (like me) hate it because it really makes the entire living room dirty. Not to mention carpets that get smudged with clay. But you can always let them play with clay outside or in the garage where you won’t really mind getting dirty.
Let them play with soil – It’s called soil art
Another fun idea you will want your kids to indulge in is soil art. Expect them to be very dirty but its all worth it. Soil is everywhere and you can actually make a little figurine out of it. Watch the video and learn.
Art on Dirt with dust on your car
Is your car filled with dust? Don’t wash it out first. Get your kids busy. Let them draw over the dust. I love doing this as a kid. I used to go to junk shops where I know there would be a lot of dirty car windows to draw on (but don’t let them go to junk shops, lol!). let your kids try it. It’s a lot of fun.
There’s a lot of fun things to do other than making a prank call. And those fun things are just out in your backyard. You can actually make your kids busy and love art.
